Notice Regarding the Full Resumption of Normal Operations for Our Company’s Tungsten and Molybdenum Export Business

Dear Customers and Partners,

Thank you for your continued trust and support of our company.

On 4 February 2025, the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs jointly issued Announcement No. 10 of 2025 regarding the implementation of export controls on tungsten, molybdenum and related items. Following the introduction of the new policy, our company attached great importance to the matter and immediately organised a team to study and analyse the provisions of the policy.

As the new control list covers multiple aspects—including the classification of items, the definition of technical parameters and the declaration process—and is relatively detailed, our export operations and customs clearance staff required some time to fully understand and assimilate the policy details to ensure that every export consignment strictly complies with national regulatory requirements. Consequently, between February and May 2025, the customs clearance efficiency for some export orders was temporarily affected, and processing speeds were somewhat slower than usual. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Following nearly three months of familiarising ourselves with the policy and fine-tuning our operational procedures, we have now fully mastered the complete operational workflow for compliant exports and established a standardised internal declaration mechanism. With immediate effect, our export operations for tungsten and molybdenum products have fully resumed normal operations.

The current lead times for each product category are as follows:

Product Category          Normal Lead Time

tungsten plates, tungsten rods,       lead time    20 days

simple custom-shaped parts     lead time    30 days

Molybdenum rods and plate     lead time    25days

Molybdenum fabricated parts    lead time    30days

The above lead times are calculated from the date on which the order, drawings and technical requirements have been confirmed....
